SP, Continua plan 612-unit Hialeah apartment complex, pay $24M for dev site

Developers SP Developments and Continua Developments purchased 19 homes in Hialeah for $23.5 million to build a 612-unit apartment complex. The 3.6-acre site spans East 27th to 28th streets and East Ninth to 10th avenues. The project includes two 10-story buildings, a garage, and is expected to complete by 2026.
