Daniel started his professional career in real estate investments and management early while attending FIU in Miami where he graduated in Economics and Mathematics.

Ever since putting together his own portfolio that spearheaded the creation of SP in 2006 as a much-needed innovation in the stagnant industry of property management, he has not stopped investing, divesting, and incorporating technology and focus on results to every deal and property where SP acts as a developer or partner.

Tomas is a Civil Engineer with an impressive background. MBA recipient from the Harvard accredited program in the Universita Bocconi in Milan, Italy and a Top Management Diplomat, at Icesi University, Cali, Colombia.

Since he began working in the development industry in 1989 he has approached each new business challenge with creative problem-solving and measured risk- taking to drive consistent top and bottom-line improvements and investor returns.

Camilo is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. His career journey began in financial advisory services and investment banking before transitioning to infrastructure and real estate. He eventually joined a prominent real estate development firm in Colombia, where he excelled as Finance Manager, Development and Structuring VP, and CEO. His influential role allowed him to spearhead significant developments in the country over the past decade, fostering strong partnerships with Colombia’s major banks, REITS, Funds, and key real estate investors.
