A church and religious school in North Miami are being replaced with an 11-story apartment complex featuring 240 units, 22,127 square feet of commercial space, and 339 parking spaces. The project, designed by G3 AEC, will include amenities like a pool, gym, and lounge. Priced as workforce housing, the development is part of Continua and SP Developments’ Urbania brand, with similar projects in Hialeah and Fort Lauderdale.
