20 houses in Hialeah to be redeveloped into apartments after $24M in deals

SP Developments, led by Daniel Jaramillo, bought 20 homes in Hialeah for $23.5 million for a redevelopment project. The 3.65-acre site near the Tri-Rail/Metrorail Station will feature 612 apartments, retail space, and a parking garage. Jaramillo offered above-market prices starting in fall 2022.
