SP Developments, led by Daniel Jaramillo, bought 20 homes in Hialeah for $23.5 million for a redevelopment project. The 3.65-acre site near the Tri-Rail/Metrorail Station will feature 612 apartments, retail space, and a parking garage. Jaramillo offered above-market prices starting in fall 2022. The area, historically significant to the Cuban community, is seeing increased development.
